The calls (inbound & outbound) would be passing through PSTN line, as it is not for internal. when ever an external customer calls complete DID number from a fixed number of their , it should hit that particular line button and for outgoing when ever we want to dial that particular PSTN number , we need to use the same button assigned to that particular external customer.
