Hello there,
I have a new install of unity connection and we are turning on the single inbox with exchange 2010
when you test the unified messaging section it comes back with no errors.
however when you test the unified messaging section under a user it come back with the error "failed to access user XXX" but for the reasons, etc there is no information
anyone run into this?
I went back through the guide for integrating with exchange and double checked everything and it all looks correct.
any help would be appreciated!

Hi,
Can you please check the authentication on Exchange, on the Exchange server,
open the Exchange System Manager application.
Go to Servers -->
Server --> Select the Settings tab.
Confirm that the Enable Forms Based Authentication check box is unchecked.
If not, uncheck it and try again.

Its working now.
it ended up being the password for the exchange user account.
