Single Number Reach Doubts

Hello guys

We configured single number reach but I have 2 problems

1 - If a created a ACL with directory number 125x and try apply on Remote Destination, I receive a error "Update failed. [10611] End user for TODAccess and CallerFilterList must match", If a created a ACL with external numbers, works fine

2 - If the CIPC is unregistered, single number reach call the mobile phone (no problem), so I press *81 to hold the call and open the CIPC. How can I get this call?

1. How are you trying to apply the ACL on the remote destination ? Are you using the bulk admin tool ? If yes I think you have a conflict. Judging by the error you get I suspect that the owner of the ACL is not the same user as the one that 'owns' the remote destination.

If this is the case can you try just creating an ACL and assigning to the RD manually (without BAT) ?

2. If we are talking about mobile connect then you can check the following.

Once you are talking with your remote destination try to register your CIPC. It normally shows has one red light on, next to the line indicating that the line is in use remotely. If you don't get that then I think you cannot move the call back to your CIPC.

In a normal scenario, you should be able to get the call back to your CIPC by just hanging up your remote destination.
