Single number reach on CUCM 6.1

Hi All,

I implemented single number reach feature on CUCM 6.1.I can pick-up my call from ip phone after hanging it from remote destination BUT when i press mobility softkey on my ip phone to return it back to remote destination i get the following error"You are not a valid mobile phone user"

I checked the "enable mobile connect" and "mobile phone" on remote destination plus enabling "Enable Mobility" and " Enable Mobile Voice Access" under end user page.

what is the problem?

Any ideas?

BR,

Ahmed

Did you check the "Owner User ID" field on the desk phone? Make sure this is set to the same End User you have configured for Mobile Connect.

"owner user ID" is dummy

Could you clarify that statement?

i mean "owner user id" is dimmed

That would be because you have Extension Mobility enabled on the device. Uncheck that box, save the device configuration, specify the appropriate user ID, save the device configuration, recheck the Extension Mobility checkbox, and finally press save again.

William ,

Thanks for your answer.you got the right option i should change"Owner user id"

Jonathan ,

Thanks for your reply.Extension mobility really was the problem.

It works fine now but i got "logged out of hunt group" instead of normal one "your current options"

my phone is not a member of any hunt groups.

Why this behaviour?
