SIP 3905 Provisioning

Hello all,

We have CUCM 9.1.2. After restarting the servers we are facing registration issue with 3905 phone.

Phone shows Provisioning & doesn't registered.

Any idea whats the issue ?

how many servers do you have?

how many servers do you have? how many phisical and how many wmvare servers ?

in witch order did you rebooted servers ?

I think you must first stop all suscribers. then reboot publisher. and then start all suscribers.

 

also check Ip addresses on 3905 phones, check dhcp, check option 150

Hello,We have two UCS each

Hello,

We have two UCS each UCS has one Pub & one Sub.

We shutdown publisher first then subscriber.

Same order to power-on as well. Publisher first then subscriber.

We shutdown & power on both servers on same time. No time gap between publisher & subscriber.

SIP phones didnt get TFTP details once we manually set it registered.
