SIP calls via CUBE dont ring during transfer

We have incoming calls going to a CUBE then via H323 to call manager when calls are forwarded to unity and then the caller presses a key in a call handler the user hears the transfer music for a second or two then dead silence until the intended party picks up the phone.

How do I get the ringing back.

I am guessing its a setting on the CUBE.

As this used to work when we had the SIP trunk directly terminated to CCM.

Thanks for any help on this.

On the CCM go to the Service Parameters and set the "Send H225 User Info Message" to "Use ANN for Ring Back". Once you make this change click on the update
