sip error on CCM5.1.2

Hi, we have just SIP testing with CCM 5, but here we are getting the below error.Could you please help me about the issue?

Re: sip error on CCM5.1.2

Check the Calling search :CSS of the SIP trunk on CallManager must be preventing it from reaching the DN you are dialing.
