SIP inbound call fails error code 407

The senarios is:

ITSP ---SIP----CUBE (CISCO 2921) ---------SIP----------CUCM9.1

inbound call works fine. outbound call gets fast busy tone and error code 407. debug attached.

Please help identifing the issue.

You need to configure the correct authentication credentials to your sip provider. Your provider must have given you authentication credentials.. It looks like the credentials you have used are incorrect.
