SIP IP Communicator

Hi All,

I am having issues registering SIP IP Communicator with CUCM 10.5.

SCCP IP Communicator registers with no issue.

Please check following settings:

  1. Check the device protocol is set to SIP.
  2. Configure correct device name configured in IP Communicator under Preferences >> Network. This device name should match with device name configured in CUCM.
  3. If you have "Enable Digest Authentication" enabled in Phone Security Profile, then make sure to associate digest user with IP Communicator Device.
