I have configured several products using SIP, however, set up a SIP trunk between a VCS and CUCM 8.6 (2), but calls are not working properly.
Calls originating in CUCM 8.6 (2) VCS to work correctly, but the calls from the VCS to CUCM 8.6 (2) do not work.
The CUCM 8.6 (2) has endpoints Jabber 9.0.1 for Windows or Desk Phone.
The VCS uses endpoint Jitsi 1.0-Build.3967 or a MCU to dial.
Attached to the trace shows that the calls VCS - CUCM 8.6 (2) report that the endpoint can not be located in CUCM 8.6 (2) (= potentialMatches NoPotentialMatchesExist). However, the endpoint is registered and operational.
I am attaching the RTMT Trace and the VCS.
Calling number: 6194008 or CODEC06. Called Number: 6101099
