SIP Phone can register with Cisco Call Manager but can not call

Hi All,

I am having problem with SIP Phone and Cisco Call Manager 7.1. It can register with Call Manager, when SIP phone call to CIPC, it is working. but when CIPC call to SIP phone, it's  ringing, when pressing answer button, it could not be connected...the  call is dropped.

When I use wireshark to capture SIP packet, I  saw the reason Q.850 cause 65 Bearer capability not implemented. then  ICMP Error (Port unreachable). I have also attached the capture packet  file. I am suspecting the codec mismatch. Cisco Call Manager is  configured MTP preference as G711ulaw and could not change it.

Packet 1 is call successfully when SIP Phone (192.168.1.145) call to Cisco IP Phone (192.168.1.143).

Packet 2 is call unsuccessfully when Cisco IP Phone (192.168.1.143) call to SIP Phone (192.168.1.145).

Has been resolved by changing codec.
