The client requested use of eyebeam as a softphone platform and we are using the Cisco UC540.
The error I recieve when trying to connect is "registration error 503 - Service Unavailable".
I recieve error logs -
[12-08-16]14:11:11.485 | Error | USB Devices | "PhonePort.dll is absent" | cpsi::LegerityVoipDevice::LegerityVoipDevice
[12-08-16]14:11:11.500 | Error | USB Devices | "Failed to connect device" | cpsi::CYealinkDevice::CYealinkDevice
[12-08-16]14:11:13.500 | Info | USB Devices | "The Yealink USB control is disabled" | cpsi::CYealinkDevice::Stop
[12-08-16]14:21:56.851 | Info | GUI | "User Action: Show Menu (system_1_menu)" | eyeBeam::FunkyControl::DoAction

[12-08-16]14:21:56.853 | Error | USB Devices | "Failed to create CLSID_PlcmGobiCtrl instance" | cpsi::CPolycomUSB::Connect
Is there someway that I can trouble shoot this through the UC 540, I know that eyebeam is not the prefered cisco softphone medium.
