I hope to get some advice on the best way to test and troubleshoot issues I am having with my SIP Provider. Background; I have a UC 8.5 environment with 2 Cube GW’s [each to redundant SIP Providers] and 2 PRI GW’s [same redundancy]. I had serious quality/jitter issues when I rolled out SIP so I am using PRI’s only. I am preparing for test calling with the SIP Provider today and will collect SDI traces via RTMT and setup ccsip debuging in CUBE. Any recommendations as far as the best way I should set up this controlled test on my side [specific phones/etc]?
