SIP RFC 3515 Refer Method

Right now I am using a Cisco 3550 that does not support the SIP Refer Method to do a "blind" transfer. Is there a new IOS that has support for the Refer method or perhaps the 5300 series gateways support that RFC?

In 3550 does not support SIP Method in 12.4 T also.

I found the answer. The 5350 has support for REFER method starting in IOS version 12.2(13)T.
