SIP third party problem

Dear All

I have configured x-lite sip phone with my call manager,I can register it but just when I untick "register with domain and accept incoming calls"

the problem is I can dial from x-lite sip phone to my cisco 7975 phone but not visa versa..it gives me fastbusy tone

any idea please?
