Before all thanks for taking time to help another fellow, really appreciate it.
There it goes, The setup is like this:
CME router or Just H323 router with fxs -------> sip transcoder router (only convert H323 to SIP) -------> SIP server -------> PSTN
Calls are flowing just fine. However, we just find out that some customer who is having COR enable on their CME, can't get through some calling card company. When dialed the main line for the calling card, the IVR answers and can select their prefered language. But when they enter the PIN for the card, they keep getting inccrorect or wrong PIN.
We have trace it down to the number of digit that contains the PIN. A 10 digits PIN works fine, as opposed to a 12 digits. Never be able to get through with a 12 digits!
We also tested with a SIP phone bypassing the sip transcoder router.
SIP phone -----> SIP server -----> PSTN = 12 DIGITS PIN works fine!
Now just to rule out the CMEs, we tested with another voice PRI GW
