Sip Trunk Call Forward All disconnect after 30 sec

Cucm 6.1.1 --> H323 Gateway with Sip Provider terminated on a Sip-ua config.

CallIn, CallOut, Transfer .. all works fine; only if I configure a CFA on a Phone there are problem:

if I make a call from Pstn to an internal IPPhone with CFA to another IPPhone (or Outside Phone) and I answer the call, it remain active exactly 30 sec and after the call is disconnected.

Someone have the same problem/solution ?

Could you provide the details of the callmanager trace and debug ephone detail?
