SIP Trunk: caller ID and QoS issues over MPLS

In our central site, we have a SIP trunk connecting to the PSTN and CUCM via CUBE. We are distributing all call processing from our central site to all other branches. We are having issues with caller ID no displaying PSTN calls and poor voice quality over the WAN.

Anyone experienced similar issues?

For caller ID check your

For caller ID check your messages via "debug ccsip messages" to see if you are sending it, work with the provider to see which field they expect to see it filled in.

For quality issue, definitely sound like luck or misconfiguration of QoS and/or lack of CAC. What are you doing on QoS front and CAC?
