I am having an issue where I have an Alcatel PBX(OmniPCX Office) connected to a CCM Server version 5 over a SIP trunk. The CCM has a remote office with Cisco IP phones connected to it also. When the Alcatel phones ring the Cisco phones on the remote site the call connects fine and works normally. When the users in the remote side try and ring the Alcatel phones, the handset rings and when the user with the alcatel phone picks up, all they hear is silence. At the remote site, they still hear ringback even though the call has been answered. Has annybody had similar issues before?
