SIP Trunk Problem

I have a CUCM6.1 deployment with 3845 gateway's acting as SBC's for Verizon SIP.

We are using g729 over the SIP trunk. Occasionally, the codec will change to g711 mid call causing garbled audio or one-way audio.

I've got a tac case going, but am looking to see if anyone has experienced anything similar.
