SIP trunk through MPLS - need help

I have one of our customer running CME with PRI everything works fine, now they are getting a SIP trunk from Verizon through MPLS. I never done SIP trunking so I need some help in dial-peers for outbound and inbound ..here is the info I got from Vzn

SIP Domain:

xxxx.globalipcom.com

Customer Proxy:

pcbhd1n0001

Customer IP: 172.30.200.17

Customer Port: 5461

Sip signaling: 172.30.200.0/23
