Sip trunk to a voip provider directly from th CM (without the gateway)

Hi,

I have a Call Manager 5.1 and I would like to configure a SIP trunk to a voip service provider via Internet directly (not using the gateway).

To access the service I need to provide a username and a password to the provider, but there are no boxes in the SIP trunk definition to include this.

I also checked the SIP security profile definition looking for this.. but, no luck.

Is it possible to define what I need?

This is not possible. If you need to authenticate to the provider, you will have to use a gateway.
