SIP trunk to CME works but not to CUE

Hi everyone,

I created a SIP trunk from CUCM to CME and able to dial from either side except CUE. I have the following scenario:

CUCM: extn 73441

CME: extn 55200

CUE: AA 55218

I can dial between 73441 and 55200 without any issues.. but when I try to dial 55218 from 73441 it does't work and get busy signal..but it works fine when I dial it from 55200.

AA 55218 dials 55200 after providing a welcome prompt.

Any idea's what could be the issue?

Please see attached configuration files.. CME file, Voicegateway for CUCM file, CUE file and Debug ccsip messages...

this may sound weird but I just removed incoming dial-peer from both CME and Gateway and everything is working fine.. I honestly don't know how .. not sure if I can remove incoming dial-peer from customer's network hahaha ... any idea why incoming dial-peer was an issue?
