I generally run CDR route group reports for my MGCP trunks for utilization, but when I try to report on the SIP trunk route groups, it comes back null. Is there a way in CDR analysis and reporting to run busy hour utilization reports for SIP Trunks? Thanks!

Unfortunately SIP trunks are not available for this reports.
I'm not sure if there is already an enhancement request on this, but if not, get in touch with your AM and ask him about submitting a PER.

Thanks for the quick reply Java. That's what I figured when I couldn't find any documentation on it in the help files.
I will put in an enhancement request.
