sip-ua register status

I set a sip trunk in CME 4.2, if I look the "sh sip-ua register status" I view the user register as I expect to, but extension number are not register...

any idea why ????

If I make a call I don't listen ring back tone , the IP communicator display "connected" but I don't listen anything.
