sip user id and password in ccm

Is it possible to configure a Sip account( like freecall userid and password) in callmanager so that the calls can be routed through internet.???

You'll need CUBE to integrate with a SIP carrier.

I need a CUBE in all the ways or only in case of getting user/pass authentication of my CUCM at third-party-SIP-proxy???

If "allow guests" is set at Sip-proxy do I need to use CUBe or I can use simple Sip-trunk to make calls??
