SIP vs SCCP

I am installing Cisco Unity and for one of the steps its asking whether on Call Manager I am using SIP vs SCCP - How would I find that out?

SIP is used only when the integration uses only SIP endpoints. If you're integrating with a version of CCM prior to 5.x, you will be using SCCP for the integration.
