Smartnet on site support CON – OSP (C4P) 24

We have a project with a cluster CUCM abroad with CON – OSP (C4P) 24 Smartnet support contract.

With that support on site, in case of failure of a server, will the technician reload the configuration after the HW replacement?

Configs are locally in a NAS backuped.
