My company polls the ccmPhoneStatusUpdateTable via SNMP for phone registrations every 60 seconds (not all clients like traps so we poll). Unfortunately, we are not seeing all the phones that are registering. Actually, it's inconsistent. I have checked the ccmPhoneStatusUpdateAlarmInterv value and it is set to 30. I have also checked that the ccmPhoneStatusUpdateStorePeriod value is set to 1800 so we are well within the time before the data is deleted.
To rule out that it is something within our code, I even tried using just a MIB Browser pointing to that server and OID, started up an IP Communicator. Still nothing.
Can anyone give me a clue why we would not see that information in that table? Where can I find more detailed information on that table and how/when it's populated? Any help would be appreciated.
