We have a hunt group set up so that if the Admin office does not answer the phone it rings our department. however, when we configure our department phones for SNR Admin phones no longer rang and after the first phone in our department hunt rang out, the call was transfered to that persons' mobile. But their mobile rang only once and went to voicemail. Anyone Ever had this happen ?
