I have a demo version of software that can pull off all the configuration details of Call manager 4.2
The software asks for the Soap credentials.
I have used the admin username and password but it is saying cannot connect to server.
I can connect to the server o.k so there is nothing wrong there.
I can only assume there is some other username and password for accessing database on 4.2, or I need to do config work on callmanager.
has anyone got any ideas>

I am not sure if in 4.2 they seperated out the AXL Service as its own servic ebut it may be worth checking. Ensure that the server your trying to connect to has this running if indeed it was seperated out... I know it was in 5.x and 6.x

No there is no AXL service, I have enabled everything on service activation.

is MLA enabled? You should be using the ccmadministrator account then.
