How can I add hundreds if ip communicator users with the same dn as thier regular extension? TAPS won't allow duplicate directory numbers

Hi.

You can work with bulk administration tool by exporting one phone with DN you want to replacate on other phones.(selecting "all phone detail" option)

Download the generated file.

Import it on Excel (as csv)

Add all rows you need pasting the info from the exported phone

Modify the Device name.

Save it and upload to CUCM with option "all phone detail"

Add phones using option all phone detail.
