Softkey Error

Hi everyone

When i try to make a conference the ip phone in some cases is unable to complete, display a error un the screen, the same problem appears when i try transfer a call.

The problem occurs in the central site and remote sites

The cpu and memory load in call manager is normal


i don´t have idea what happen.

You need to provide more details like CUCM version, call scenarios, etc

With that little info i believe this is PSTN calls with H323 and you're not allocating an MTP for the calls.

Check the MTP required option under GWs
