Softkey failure on 7960

Happy Friday!

I have a customer running CM 4.1(3)sr6a. They have a couple of 7960 phones with multiple lines on them being used by receptionists (higher call volume than average users). They experience random failure of the softkeys when they answer calls. The softkeys are there and you can press the button but nothing happens. On the very next call they are working. I have witnessed this myself so end-loser error is not the issue. I have found a few bugs that were close but not dead-on. The phones are running the latest load of 8.0(9). This started with CM 4.1(3) and we did an upgrade of the CM and have been on various phone loads with the same problem.

I have heard whispers that other users are having the same issues but the call volume is so low that they haven't said anything.

Has anyone encountered this and been able to resolve it?

Im having the same problem w/one of my users. The more softkey is pressed and nothing happens...Any ideas anyone?
