SoftKey Template in not working for IP Phones

Hi,

Running UCM 7.0.2.

Recently we deployed new 100 no.s of 7940G IP Phones. But none of the IP Phones are showing softkey buttons on the display ,including Directories,Setting buttons.

But it is working fine for previously deployed IP Phones!!!

help me out!!

How are the softkey templates set up for these devices?

Are they in the same device pools as the existing phones?
