Softkey Templates

I'm looking for a good document to provide clients with descriptions of Softkeys. This is for Communications Manager 5.1. I can't seem to find a link with Cisco's search engine.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Softkey Templates

Never mind ... seem to have found a good section in the UCM System Guide.
