Rob,
I'm running UCM 7.12 and would like to upgrade to UCM 7.1.5. Where exactly are two upgrade files located now. I think I've opened up every URL. I assumed that I was looking for two large downloads that I copy together to create the one iso image.

Thanks Rob! I hope this helps. I get frustrated with not being able to get proper training and having to support this. I will have to look from home as we are blocked from youtube at the office. I do have another question:
I am running IOS c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.150-1.XA4.bin and trying to configure the cnf-file location on our lab router and keep getting this:
Router(config-telephony)#cnf-file location flash:
Warning: The flash file syem does not support
directories, all files will be stored in the root
directory. Make sure to switch to another storage
device if there are a large number of phones
%Error: The flash file system does not support
directories, all files will be stored in the root
directory. Make sure to switch to another storage
device if there are a large number of phones
Why?
I am having a hard time finding the right CUCME package to dowload. Again, I am on c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.150-1.XA4.bin for the IOS. I was trying to install/xtract cme-full-8.0.0.1.tar, but it is taking a very long time and then bails out. Thoughts?
