Sorry for this repost, but I think I posted the first one in the wrong forum.
I am trying to use a PortSIP (softphone) client on our CM6.0. After I added a third-pary SIP device the status gets rejected. I've tried serveral things, but nothing helped. Even modifying the sipdevice's configuration doesn't help.
Does anyone knows what I can do?
Thanks in advance
We are using LDAP to generate our end-users in de CallManager. I thought I could use my own end-user and asociate it with the added third-party sip device. But this wasn't working... the solution was to create a new end-user (via LDAP) with the same userID as directory number.
