some call don´t have audio

Hello All,

My customer have a cluster CCM 4.1 and have problem whit some calls that send to SBC ACME Gateway.

The problems is that the call is conected but not hear audio. It´s occurs with some calls.

Hi installed a sniffer and the problem ocurr when the signaling show

H245 OpenLogicalChannelAck

IPaddress : 127.0.0.1

This signaling is sended for the Callmanager

CUCM Version 4.1

Ip Address : 172.25.3.10 - 172.25.2.10

I attach print screen with two calls. One call correct and a call without audio.

Please, I need your help
