Some international calls not going through

I have a CUCM 8.6 cluster with pub and sub and h.323 gateways in 2 locations. My pstn provider is the same in both locations. My issue is that when I call a number (some International numbers) from location A, the call goes through fine. However, caling exact same number from another location, the call fails. Following are the outputs of debug isdn q931 in both gateways. Can anyone tell me what could be the issue?

Location A where I have no problem calling the number in question.

Some international calls not going through

In location A, your isdn plan type is seen as this:

Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '

011242066851476

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

In location B, it is..

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '

011242066851476

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

So it looks like your provider wants Plan:ISDN and Type: National

You can configure this on the gateway in location B

interface serial x/y:15

isdn map address ^011* plan ISDN type National

I am assuming that 011 is your intenational dialling code

I changed the plan type as you suggested but didn't help. The end of the q931 debug shows "no circuit/channel available".

Some international calls not going through

This error is different from the first set of logs. This log shows that your provider is disconnecting the call with no circuit available as the reason. You will need to engage with them and find out why you are getting this
