Hi,

Some ip telephones after dialed internal extensión the call generate after a few seconds, other ip phones in the same subnet and same model dial the internal extensión more quickly after dialed.

Anyone has idea.

Hi Anna.

Check the calling search space associated with phones and/or directory numbers having the issue and see if there is any overlapping DN or Patterns.

Suggest the use of route plan report through Call Routing menu of CUCM Administration Page and Dialed Number Analyzer through Cisco Unified Serviceability --> Tools Menu
