Sometimes call get redirected to Operator instead of System Handler
We have a system handler set up to take all calls to our main number - sometimes when this main number is called we get "please wait while we tranfer your call" and then it gets sent to reception - which is not always available.
How could this be happening?
Is this expected behaviour?
Am out running out of VoiceMail Ports? How can I check that?
Is there a setting somewhere that would allow me to change the behavior and forward the call to a hunt group?
