SPA 9000 and SPA 501G

I am trying to run through the SPA 9000 configuration wizard to add new SPA 501G phones.

Even with the phones factory reset I don't see the phones to configure in the wizard.  I updated firmware on phones to the latest and still no luck.  The phones autoregister but with the wrong extension number etc.  Has anyone else run into this or have info on how to manually configure when the wizard doesn't work?
