We have many SPA504g phones. We recently purchased Call Manager. It is running 11.0. I don't see them in the Phone Type. How can I make these work.

This is the Video Over IP forum, you might want to move this to IP Telephony.
SPA endpoints are considered 3rd party in CUCM, no native support.

Hi,
Third-party SIP device. SPA is not native device for CUCM.
For authentication you need create user for every SPA.
