SPA922 Failed register

Hi All

I have just taken on a customer with 2 spa922 phones connected to a remote 3rd party system. Only 1 phone will register at a time. If you switch off the registered phone the other will register.

Both phones are in a nated network behind a zyxel router.I have tried with sip alg on and off and with ports 5060-5063 & 16384-16480 open but still only thefirst phone switche don will register. These phones are new in this network and so is the router. I am missing something somewhere and don't know what. I have tried switching both nat options on but makes no difference.

Any help would be great.
