Hello,
We have a SPA941 and when we start it, it shows this message "SOS Phone in recovery mode".
There is no menu, only this message.
Is there a solution ?

I have tried diferent restore tools from cisco, but all of them fail.
any help is much apresciated. my phone is also model : SPA941 4x lines 1xlan
