I'm using an SPA962 phone with the Keyyo operator in France (www.keyyo.fr) and everytime we activate the loudspeaker, the phone reboots. If we don't try to use the loudspeaker the phone just works fine.
Initial suggestion was to replace the phone. This was done yesterday and.... similar problem.
My operator claims that this problem has been identified by Cisco and there is no and there will be no fix, and Cisco tells me that they have never heard of this problem. Who to beleive?
SPA921 and SPA922 on the same location (wiith the same operator) don't show this problem!
CISCO will replace my phone again but I'm pretty sure this will not fix the problem.
Has anyone heard of this issue?
PS: I'm of course running the latest release of the firmware.
