I am trying to create an application that is able to record SRTPs using BiB and forked recording. I configured the recorder to use an encrypted SIP trunk, I authenticate with TLS and respond to the invite but CUCM sends me back an error (cause:57 text:403 Forbidden). I gues this is because my recorder is not registered as supporting encryption. I could register the extension of my recorder as "Third party SIP" but that doesn't provide encryption (only authentification), so I don't see a way to register my recorder (my app) as a device that supports encryption.
Does anyone know if 8.0 supports SRTP recording over the SIP trunk?
