I have a customer running UCONN 9, the ELM shows that they need to have 244 speechview users. They do not use unified messaging at all and certainly do not use or need speechview yet there was a temporary speechview piece embedded in their license. Yestrday that Speechview license expired which stopped the Unity from taking calls. TAC has issued me another 60 day license but they cannot tell me how to tell ELM that this feature is not required.
Does anyone here know hot to tell ELM that I don't want Speechview?

ELM just syncs what licenses are required based on configured features for each product, you would need to remove any speechview configuration you have in CUC to make that happen.
