Hi all,

        Please i need your help as when i add a speed dial number , a phone template is created for each speed dial. I need to verify if it is a bug

Hi,

no this isn´t a bug. But if you want that this does not occur, please create button templates with speed dials and assign it to the phones.

Whenever you choose modify button template in phone configuration the cucm creates one for each phone.
